A more definitive time for your Pick-Up (usually within 15 minutes of this Preliminary Schedule) is, usually, communicated to the Lead Rider (your group’s organizer) 48 hours prior to Departure Date. However, due to the last-minute nature of this booking, please call GoSherpa to get a more certain pick-up window. On Departure Date, the Lead Rider will receive a text/call/email notification of pending arrival 15 to 20 minutes before actual Pick-Up.

4. The Transport Fare shown is for a pick-up and a drop-off undertaken in our Primary Service Areas. A Pick-Up/Drop-Off Surcharge may apply for pick-ups and/or drop-offs undertaken outside GoSherpa’s Primary Service Areas.
