Fare shown above is for your travel group as a whole and is determined from individual fares of $139 for the First/Lead Rider and $69 for each Companion. The Companion Fare would have been discounted $10 per Rider (to $59 per Companion) had this booking been made 7 days before the outing.

Trip Schedule
The tentative pick-up time is 6:30 AM. A more definitive time for your pick-up (usually within 15 minutes of the tentative one) will be communicated to the Lead Rider (your group’s organizer) 48 hours prior to departure. On Departure Date, the Lead Rider will receive a text/call/email notification of pending arrival 15 to 20 minutes before the driver arrives. The anticipated arrival time at Waterville Valley is 9:00AM.
For the return trip, the van will depart Waterville Valley around 4:30PM. The anticipated drop-off times are around 7:00PM.
Actual pick-up & arrival times and actual departure & drop-off times may vary as they will depend on the number & locations of pick-ups/drop-offs, weather conditions, traffic conditions and other factors.
