GoSherpa’s service areas are described below in general terms. A per-location surcharge may apply. If you are unsure which of the 3 categories your pick-up and/or drop-off location falls into, please contact GoSherpa to inquire.

Primary Service Areas (Surcharge: $20)

• For Metro Boston - Other than at Cleveland Circle in Brookline

• For Metro New York City - Other than at a Manhattan address to be provided by GoSherpa

Secondary Service Areas [Surcharge: $40 or $60 ]
Outside Primary Service Areas but are

• Around Boston -

  • $40 for locations well within the 128/I-95 Belt (or within a 1-mile radius of a standard MetroWest stop)

  • $60 for locations just inside the 128/I-95 Beltway

• Around New York City -

  • $40 for Roosevelt Island and Long Island City

  • $60 for Bronx, Inner Brooklyn (north of Route27/Linden Blvd & west of Nostrand Ave), Northern Queens (north of Long Island Expressway)

Greater Metro Areas [Surcharge: $80 to $100]

Outside Secondary Service Areas but are

• Around Boston - within I-495 Belt, and if south of Boston, the location must be west of I-95

  • $80 for locations just outside the 128/I-95 Beltway and, if south of Boston, the location must be west of I-95

  • $100 for locations within I-495 Belt but i) well outside of the 128/I-95 Beltway or ii) if south of Boston, east of I-95

• Around New York City -

  • $80 for Outer Brooklyn (south of Route27/Linden Blvd or east of Nostrand Ave ) and Southern Queens (south of Long Island Expressway)

  • $100 for Staten Island, New Jersey townships along The Hudson River opposite Manhattan or locations outside Primary Service Area but within a 15-mile radius of Brooklyn

This surcharge is assessed for each location. Thus, if only your pick-up or your drop-off location is to be undertaken outside our Primary Service Area, then, add one surcharge only. If both your pick-up and drop-off locations are outside our Primary Service Areas, please add two surcharges - one for your pick-up and one for your drop-off locations.
