* The Standard Luggage Allotment for each passenger is ONE large Suitcase for the luggage compartment and ONE Carry-On. An Excess Luggage Surcharge will be assessed for luggage in excess of this Standard Allotment.
^ A Pet Travel surcharge will be assessed for each pet brought aboard the van. The amount of this surcharge depends if the pet will be traveling in the Passenger Compartment or in the Luggage Compartment (inside a carrier). In addition, a refundable Assurance Deposit will be taken at time of booking.
~ Pick-up/drop-off surcharge is levied for pick-ups and drop-offs outside our Primary Service Area. The amount of this surcharge does NOT vary with the number of passengers traveling. GoSherpa regularly picks-up and drop-off passengers outside our Primary Service Areas but within the greater metro areas around Boston and New York City (Click to see Service Area). Please call to inquire if GoSherpa can accommodate your desired pick-up/drop-off locations.
