GoSherpaSM Continues Safety In Travel
With an eye on COVID and its variants, GoSherpa employs the following safety protocols:
Vaccination or Negative Test Result Required
Continued Facemask Requirement
Health Screening
TravelPodsm Safety
GoSherpaSM places you in one of the safest travel spaces currently available in the travel industry. We do this by:
Having all GoSherpa passengers attest to having received a COVID vaccine and submit proof of that vaccination. (See Pre-Trip Health Screening section for details.)
Transporting no more than 7 or 8 Riders aboard our 13-passenger vans to maintain a small group travel
Using partitions to provide your party a Protective TravelPodSM (a protective “mask” around your seating area)
Where You Sit Matters
To ensure that each Travel Party has its own Protective TravelPodSM and to optimize safety, comfort, and convenience for all Riders, GoSherpaSM will assign you your seat(s). The seating arrangement will be determined based upon the number of Travel Parties on the van, the number of Riders in each party, and, if possible, the preferences of the Riders. Examples of possible arrangements are as follows:

(Proof of vaccination or negative test will be required)Whether s/he is currently under a quarantine / self-isolation order

Whether s/he has spent significant time with someone answering “yes” to questions 2 thru 3 above
GoSherpasm Travel Is Safer Than The Alternatives
The collective impact of GoSherpasm’s door-to-door transport and COVID19 counter-measures is to significantly reduce the risk of exposure to the COVID19 virus making GoSherpasm a safer means of travel than the alternatives. The matrix below compares the exposure risks related to the various means of travel between Boston and New York City (The factors that went into these risk determinations are described after this matrix):

The Risk Remains
GoSherpaSM believes that the door-to-door nature of its service together with specific COVID19 safeguards that GoSherpaSM has implemented reduces the risk of infection by the COVID19 virus while traveling. However, they can not, and GoSherpaSM does NOT, guarantee that such an exposure will not occur. Exposure to the COVID19 virus can happen while traveling with GoSherpaSM , while using another means of travel, and even when not traveling at all. Hence, each Rider should assess the risks associated with traveling, in general, and doing so with GoSherpaSM , in particular, and determine whether these are risks that he/she are willing to accept and assume.
